Alors, reprenant les échanges avec l'ANTA, le partenariat avec l'ANRPFD,
et l'équipe de la pétition de ''ON SE MOBILISE'', ...
et ceux qui le souhaitent ... ...
Nous allons faire parvenir à l'Administration (ARCEP, DGCIS, ANFR) et
Ministère, un dossier complet.
Le leitmotiv sera: harmonisation européenne, (classes, bandes, ...)
Nous avons suffisamment perdu de temps.
Quand d'autres pays sont à plusieurs milliers d'indicatifs, ici, non seulement
nous n'avons jamais dépassé les 15.000, (vu la stratégie restrictive de
certains) mais nous continuons de diminuer et sommes à 14.000 !!!
Voilà ou nous ont mené ces ''stratèges'' depuis des décennies.
Mais ne nous y trompons pas, en regardant les tableaux fait d'après la
pétition,
Les radio amateurs français de tous bords se sont exprimés et ils ont
du bon sens, bien loin de l'obscurantisme totalitaire de quelques
dirigeants.

Bonjour à toutes et tous
Cette semaine, une présentation de différents modes de communication, basés
sur le numérique et Internet pour certains.
C'est l'occasion pour ceux qui ignorent tout ou presque de s'y retrouver un
peu.
Pourquoi cela ? Tout simplement pour vous raconter une expérience, une
aventure.
L'aventure est là, une rencontre, un projet, et puis des découvertes et
enfin une première France Québec.
Tout cela par la volonté d'un homme, d'un OM qui tend la main, Luc VE2LUQ
avec toute sa famille de radioamateurs, d'un club, d'un relais ... et tout

La Revue d’Aptitude au Lancement (RAL) s’est déroulée le mardi 4 février à Kourou et a autorisé les opérations de chronologie pour le Vol Ariane 5 ECA avec ABS-2 et Athena Fidus.
Pour son premier lancement Ariane 5 de l’année, Arianespace mettra en orbite deux satellites de télécommunications ABS-2 pour l’opérateur ABS et Athena Fidus pour Telespazio pour le compte des agences spatiales française et italienne.
Le choix d’Arianespace par de grands opérateurs et constructeurs du secteur des télécommunications spatiales illustre la reconnaissance internationale d’un service de lancement de qualité. Par sa fiabilité et sa disponibilité, Arianespace reste le système de lancement de référence mondiale.
Le lancement sera effectué depuis l'Ensemble de Lancement Ariane n° 3 (ELA 3) à Kourou en Guyane française.
Le décollage du lanceur Ariane 5 ECA est prévu le plus tôt possible dans la fenêtre de lancement suivante :

ARIANESPACE FLIGHT VA217 - ABS-2 & Athena Fidus
THE LAUNCH READINESS REVIEW (RAL) took place in Kourou on Tuesday February 4, 2014 and authorized count-down operations for the ABS-2 & Athena Fidus launch.
On the first Ariane 5 launch of the year, Arianespace will orbit two telecommunications satellites: ABS-2 for the Bermuda-based operator ABS and Athena-Fidus for French and Italian Space Agencies, whose launch service is managed by Telespazio.
The choice of Arianespace by leading space communications operators and manufacturers is clear international recognition of the company’s excellence in launch services.
It will be launched from the Ariane launch complex N° 3 (ELA3), in Kourou, French Guiana.
THE ARIANE 5 ECA LAUNCHER LIFT-OFF for this flight is scheduled on February 6 to 7, 2014 as soon as possible within the following launch window:

ARISS le 8 janvier 2014 en POLOGNE
Wednesday 8 January, ARISS contact planned with school in Ostrow Wielkopolski, Poland
An International Space Station school contact has been planned Wednesday 8 January with participants at Zespoł Szkoł Technicznych, Ostrow Wielkopolski, Poland. The event is scheduled to begin at approximately10:44 UTC, which is 11:44 CEWT.
The contact will be a direct between OR4ISS and SP3POW. The contact is expected to be conducted in English.
The contact will probably be broadcast on the livestream video server at http://ariss.pzk.org.pl/live
School Information:
The Centre of Technical Schools in Ostrow Wielkopolski is a school which educates future electronics and mechatronics engineers, computer scientists and renewable energy specialists.
Our school has been cooperating with Polish universities, electronic and mechatronic industrial plants and schools in Germany and the UK, what brings very good results. Thanks to the participation in the ARISS program our school has partnered with the Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
Our students participate in various forms of extra-curricular activities which develop their passions and interests. As a result, they have created many interesting electronic and mechatronic devices. For example, some of the recent constructions include fpv plane, a quadrocopter, a stratospheric balloon capsule, some amateur radio equipment and many more.
Currently, the school has 800 students aged 16 - 19 years.
The Center of Technical Schools has invited its younger mates (students 13 - 15 years old) from Junior High School No. 1 named of Polish Nobel laureates in Ostrow Wielkopolski and 10 - 12 year-old students from Pope John Paul II Primary School in Lamki so that they all can participate in the ARISS program.
Preparations for the ARISS contact began in late 2011. A series of amateur radio classes were carried out so that students could learn the rules of work on the radio. It was a very interesting experience to carry out radio communications through amateur radio satellites and to take photos from NOAA satellites. In addition, we monitored other radio signals from space. Most emotions were from the radio contact with the ISS in the APRS system and from listening to ARISS contacts of other schools in Poland and Europe.
The schools participating in the ARISS program organized a series of events to promote various fields of science, particularly those that are the most relevant for the development of astronautics.
Participants will ask as many of the following questions as time allows:
1. Kasia (14): What scientific experiments are carried out on the space station at present?
2. Michal (12): How does the magnetic needle work in space?
3. Julia (12): How do you handle different illnesses?
4. Piotr (15): How would a pendulum clock work on board of the ISS?
5. Magda (13): Was there anything that surprised or impressed you during your stay in space?
6. Oskar (15): What was the largest mammal (except for humans) which was on the ISS?
7. Patrycja (13): How do flying insects behave in zero gravity?
8. Blazej (16): Do you know how many centimeters your body lengthened in weightlessness?
9. Szymon (14): Is it easy to use a pen or a fountain pen on the space station?
10.Oliwia (16): Do you think that time in space passes faster?
11. Damian (18): How do you observe and explore the Moon?
12. Jakub (15): What or how did you feel when you saw the Earth from space for the first time?
13. Tomasz (15): Does Kirobo work well and fulfill its mission on the ISS?
14. Jakub (16): Is it hard to get used to weightlessness?
15. Arek (19): Is it possible to be able to breed crystals in weightlessness?
ARISS is an international educational outreach program partnering the participating space agencies, NASA, Russian Space Agency, ESA, CNES, JAXA, and CSA, with the AMSAT and IARU organizations from participating countries.
ARISS offers an opportunity for students to experience the excitement of Amateur Radio by talking directly with crewmembers onboard the International Space Station. Teachers, parents and communities see, first hand, how Amateur Radio and crewmembers on ISS can energize youngsters' interest in science, technology and learning.

An International Space Station school contact has been planned Wednesday 8 January with participants at Tecnico Industriale Galileo Ferraris, San Giovanni Valdarno, Italy. The event is scheduled to begin at approximately12:21 UTC, which is 13:21 CEWT.
The contact will be a direct between IR0ISS and IQ5GX. The contact is expected to be conducted in English.

School Information:
The Technical Institute Galileo Ferraris is active on the territory of the Arno Valley since 1979 and has trained over the years the engineers of the many industrial enterprises in the area. The technical institute in fact offers a solid general education and training of scientific and technical basis necessary for both a rapid entry into the world of work and the professions and for the continuation of studies at university . In particular, enables the student to face the entrance test for the various scientific disciplines . Its strength lies in teaching laboratory accompanied by a solid theoretical and scientific.
Branches of study offered the institute is currently divided into the following specializations:
• Electronics and electrical engineering.
• Chemistry, Materials and Biotechnology
• Data processing and telecommunications
The time is for all specializations of 32 hours per week , spread over four days per week of five hours (from 8.10 am to 13.10) and two days a week for six hours (from 8.10 am to 14.10 ).
The school is equipped with several laboratories and a large gym. They participate in educational trips and tours. Teachers prepare lessons for students interested in astronomy. The school organizes additional activities with the support of the European Union, such as special classes involving astronomical sky observation.
Moreover, the school prepared a series of activities related to astronautics: amateur radio communications with the ISS, astronomy classes and observation of the passing Space Station, art competitions related to the cosmos and the space station, activities for senior students concerning the life of astronauts aboard the space station.

An International Space Station school contact has been planned with participants at and Junior High Schools Complex in Stobierna, Poland on 27 November. The event is scheduled to begin at approximately 09:26 UTC, which is 10:26 CEWT.
The contact will be a telebridge between NA1SS and VK5ZAI. The contact is expected to be conducted in English.
The contact will probably be broadcast on EchoLink AMSAT (node 101 377) and JK1ZRW (node 277 208) Conference servers, as well as on IRLP Discovery Reflector 9010.
School Complex in Stobierna is composed of two main school levels: primary school and junior high school. The primary school attendants are six-year-old to twelve-year-old students, whereas, the junior high schools students are thirteen to sixteen years old. The second type of school puts more emphasis on Science (including Physics and Mathematics).
The students of these schools are interested in astronomical observations, thus they are eager to take part in special classes concerning such issues. Schools organized special classes associated with the astronomical observations of the sky. We organised a series of educational trips to places from which students observed the sky: in the stars, planets and satellites. These activities were integrated into daily school activities in the field of physics and astronomy. Because many schools participated in the project, we organized interschool competitions. Moreover school organized a series of competitions related to astronautics. For the youngest students there was a drawing contest, a contest for older students, multimedia presentations related to space flight and the history of the ISS.
Participants will ask as many of the following questions as time allows:

Un émetteur-récepteur définit par logiciel complet qui
peut tenir sur une puce, c’est ce qu’Analog Devices vient de sortir . C'est un
rêve de constructeur , la compagnie le prétend .
Le nouveau venu, nommé le AD9361 , est un émetteur-récepteur , qui peut être configuré avec le logiciel, qui contient deux récepteurs indépendants et deux émetteurs indépendants fonctionnant simultanément .
A bord il y a aussi deux oscillateurs locaux indépendants, l'un pour la partie émetteur et l'autre pour la section de réception . La conception polyvalente permet à la puce de travailler avec les deux fréquences : Frequency Division Duplex ( FDD) et répartition dans le temps , Time Division Duplex (TDD ) .
Une autre caractéristique proposée par l’ADI est une large gamme de fréquences de 70 MHz à 6 GHz avec un pas de 2,5 Hz . La large bande passante rend le circuit utile dans de nombreuses applications, notamment dans les infrastructures de télécommunications, de tests et d'instruments de mesure et dans un contexte militaire.
L’ AD9361 est un émetteur-récepteur RF complet en une seule puce. C'est le rêve d'un architecte de RF, explique Matt un président de recherche dans un communiqué de presse d'Analog Devices . La société est détenue par National Instruments depuis 2010.
Fondamentalement, le circuit se compose d'un frontal RF en bande de base, un synthétiseur de fréquence, les deux CAN 12 bits et d'un récepteur de conversion directe. Le circuit prend en charge les bandes passantes des canaux programmables au-dessous de 200 kHz à 56 MHz. Cela offre une plus grande plage dynamique que les autres solutions sur le marché d’aujourd'hui , selon ADI .
